Anglepoint Acquires Quest Licensing Leader BlackRock Technologies
The acquisition increases Anglepoint’s global coverage of SAM services for all major publishers – including Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, and IBM – and expands the company’s footprint in Europe.

In total, Russell has led and coordinated thousands of compliance projects with settlement negotiations in excess of $500 million.
