According to the report, the evaluation criteria for Completeness of Vision includes: Market Understanding, Marketing Strategy, Sales Strategy, Offering (Product) Strategy among others, which we believe we have performed well on.
Ability to Execute
Anglepoint was also positioned the highest for Ability to Execute. To make this assessment the report considered the following evaluation criteria for Ability to Execute that includes: Overall Viability, Sales Execution/Pricing, Market Responsiveness/Record among others.

They have provided guidance and reporting on our 21 key publishers, and completed a SAM tool implementation to bring a unified view of discovery for the 30k on-premise devices and 40k cloud devices along with 8 SaaS services. In the first 6 months with Anglepoint, we renewed 3 publisher contracts where Anglepoint identified millions in cost savings and risk. Anglepoint has been very responsive to our requests. As issues have come up we have sent additional requests to them, moved timelines around, and requested support with software audits. Anglepoint has consistently come back with timely guidance, assistance, or reports depending on our needs. After the initial “fire drill” was over, they have also worked with us to design a better process to mature our SAM team and IT. Anglepoint has taken a strategic approach to ensure that our publisher reports are aligned with the renewal cycles. Our procurement teams are getting better insight and advice ahead of negotiating upcoming renewals from not only demand management perspective but also going into negotiations with an optimal software usage estate.
Anglepoint has also reached beyond the SAM team to work with IT security around detection of unauthorized software and understanding of how much visibility we really have into our full environment. They are also partnering with us expand our discover capabilities and get visibility into the previously unknown parts of our networks.”
