Octavian Papacica

Octavian Papacica is an Oracle Senior Consultant and joined Anglepoint in 2020.

Octavian has more than 6 years work experience at Oracle Romania as a Licensing Consultant in the LMS department (License Management Services) where he acquired a lot of experience by being actively involved in both the Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Database technical licensing service teams. He successfully delivered over 1000 licensing usage reports and was actively involved in the testing and improvement of the collection and analysis tools.

Octavian has in-depth understanding of Oracle’s licensing data collection and analysis tools and believes that the small technical details may ultimately lead to big differences in terms of software/licensing costs.

Overall, Octavian has over 12 years of IT related work experience in companies such as: Oracle, Deutsche Bank, Luxoft, Alcatel-Lucent and Ericsson. He has a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications & IT Engineering and an ITIL Foundations certification(Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
