IBM Client Value Acceleration (CVA) with Anglepoint: A 12-Month Roadmap

IBM’s Client Value Acceleration (CVA) program is here and already impacting organizations across the world.

We introduced the CVA program in May during our webinar, Skip the Audit: IBM’s New Client Value Acceleration Program Explained. We had over 100 questions submitted during that webinar, many focused on what happens after joining the CVA program.

To answer those questions, we are holding this upcoming webinar to clearly explain how Anglepoint delivers CVA and what organizations can expect during their first 12 months in the program. The topics in the webinar will apply both to organizations that are moving from IASP to CVA and those that have never participated in IASP.

The webinar will be broken into four sections:

• Joining the Program. We'll discuss how organizations can join the CVA program with Anglepoint, addtionally we'll look at pricing, scope, and other considerations.
• The First 3 Months. These first months are critical to future success. Here we focus on the essentials: tooling, data collection, and entitlement validation to name a few.
• Months 4-6. During these months, we focus primarily on working together to build your first effective license position report.
• Months 7-12. At this point, you will have trustworthy, actionable data in the CVA portal. Anglepoint will provide your team with our risk and opportunity assessment report (ROAR) which takes the data within the portal and adds significant value by tailoring the License Demand Forecasting to your specific requirements, highlights License Optimization opportunities and creates a path and timeline to achieve them.
