Lilia Beshkareva - Relationships Matter
-Lilia develops the relationships with the appropriate people and our customers to enable prompt payments, and anything else that is needed. She gets to the decision-makers however she needs to.
Whitney Garrett - Love What We Do
- Whitney is an indispensable contributor to the team. She embodies the attribute of “jumping in with both feet and helping us do it better”. Over the course of several months, and for one of Anglepoint’s largest clients, Whitney analyzed complex data input requirements, complicated processes, and ambiguous desired outcomes. Whitney’s final deliverable helped drive what was previously slow and tedious analysis into a quick, click-of-a-button report. She recognized the complexities of the raw data, the importance of understanding the ins and outs of that data, and the outcome of what her analysis could achieve. Hours upon hours have been saved due to Whitney’s analysis of simplifying business processes. Her sharp mind, positivity, and warm laugh provide the entire team a contagious “get-it-done” attitude. Whitney is not afraid to ask questions and learn, but as she does so, she also synthesizes that data and figures out even better ways to get the end goal. We learn from her regularly.
Emma Kilbride - Selflessness
-This quarter Emma has always been willing to help me with projects, even when she is not explicitly assigned to them. I had never worked with SCCM data before and Emma selflessly sat on many calls with me to help me make sense of the data and turn it into a useful deliverable for the client. I am never afraid to ask Emma for help because I know she will be patient with me!
Melissa Martin - Client Success is Paramount
- From Client: Melissa's leadership, capabilities and influence with Mike are just amazing. She’s the perfect example of how you exceed your managers expectations. Not only do I have my audit data, I’m two weeks ahead. This never happens. I’m not allowed to offer awards or service accommodations to consultants but if there is anything Anglepoint can do for her I would certainly nominate her for special recognition somehow. She has always gone above and beyond but this effort saved me time and got us ahead of a critical situation, proving our value to this organization.
