BASELINE SERVICES

Our SAP license baseline services include collecting Named User and engine or package measurements and consolidating into a full and complete report. Baseline reports contain up-to-date usage statistics for the type and quantity of each Named User deployed as well as engine/package measurements.

 


 

MANAGED SERVICES

Our SAP Managed Service ensures that our clients have support throughout the year for the periodic reporting and optimization of SAP licenses. This service can also include elements of our Audit Support services - since SAP audits are annual.





AUDIT SUPPORT

Anglepoint provides expert audit support and experience during, before, and after an annual SAP license audit. Audit support includes assistance with communication protocols, documents/data submissions, and defining what, when, where, why, and how for every aspect of an SAP audit.

 


 

OPTIMIZATION SERVICES

A Named User optimization starts with a Named User Baseline and then is expanded to include additional SAP usage and access tables for users. Anglepoint performs a comprehensive analysis of the roles, transactions, and other user data to determine potential optimization opportunities for each Named User. Named User optimization is where the vast majority of clients find millions in savings.
