A panel of independent industry professionals meet to critique nominees on their innovation, demonstrable ROI, customer satisfaction, and delivering lasting improvement.
Upon receiving the award Ron said, “I’m humbled and honored to accept this award. A big Thank You to the judges, the ITAM Review, and the ITAM community at large for this recognition.” He added, “as the world around us is changing rapidly with the Coronavirus, ITAM is only going to become more important to all organizations. In that context I’m excited about some of the work we’re doing at ISO and would like to invite anyone who is interested to join the effort. Also excited to see the ITAM Forum take its first steps, as I believe it will be a game changer in our industry.”
