Roxana Leonte-Andone

Roxana has more than 4 years work experience at Oracle Global Business Services Romania as a Senior Licensing Consultant in the Audit Team of the LMS department (License Management Services) where she was involved in the audit process, leading projects, performing analyses and educating the Oracle customers, partners and sales teams about Oracle licensing and license management practices.

Roxana has solid understanding of Oracle’s licensing policies, contracts and audit challenges and her previous experience as a Business Continuity Coordinator has opened the IT career path for her and provided her with a good understanding of risk assessment, critical business processes and operational control activities.

Overall, Roxana has over 6 years of IT related work experience in companies such as: MetLife,  Oracle and Anglepoint. She has a bachelor’s degree in Thermo-Electrical Power Plants, completed the Cisco Certified Network Associate courses and she continues to extend her Software Asset Management knowledge by attending SAM tools classes and ITAM programs in order to help organizations optimize their Oracle software spent and ensure their license compliance.

She is certified as a CSAM and FlexNet Manager Suite Operator.
